Well okay, that was weird.

Those three people who I talked about? The one that got pulled out didn't come back after that. The second one stopped coming yesterday. I dunno what happened to them, but it doesn't seem good.

The third came today, but she made this really big production out of nowhere during lunch about how no one could beat her, and really managed to goad people into challenging her to duels.

Thing is, she used some really weird cards during it! A lot of people got angry at her about it, too, but the duels didn't stop, and it ended up going into what'd usually be classtime too-- for some reason the teachers couldn't get near her about it.

And then, this is the weirdest part. Like a few hours after all of this was happening, she just sorta collapsed out of nowhere. I mean, she didn't look sick or anything before that, it just really happened out of the blue.

... I'm actually a little worried, all things considering. She was pretty unresponsive after that, it sounded like. Alive. But just plain out cold.

If it's possible at all to do that, yeah. But I don't think anyone's ever gone outright out cold before about it...

Do you remember the names of the cards she used at all?

It was mostly XYZ cards, but I don't remember the names of them. All I know is that some people got really angry and tried to say cards like that don't exist.

I remember one of the cards otherwise that she used though. It was a weird spell card called "Rank Up Magic". She used it to summon some other really big monster that was super powerful!

Wait...! "Rank-up"?
Do you remember if the monster she used to summon with it was called a 'Chaos XYZ' at all?

Um, I think there was a "Chaos" in there, yeah. Why?

I came across a very similar situation a few years ago. Someone was giving out 'Rank-Up' spell cards to people which they were using to summon 'Chaos XYZ' monsters with.
But the question is, why has this started happening again after so long.

No. Nobody became tired from using those cards back then. This is defintley new.

Though I have come across similar "duel until you're exhausted" situations. My guess is that something was influencing her to duel that much and the exhaustion was possibly a duel energy drain.

Well... it sounds like at least you've got an idea of what might've happened. At least to her. I dunno if the other two are connected to what happened to her, though.

Yes. It's an energy that duelists exhibit while dueling. Some exhibit more powerful energy than others, but it's there.

Yeah. Like I said. One of them really made a big scene trying to show off doing things, but she got pulled out. I guess she might've gotten suspended.

... looking at it, I did mention that the guy was bragging he got some special card, but he wasn't in class today...

Hmm, the same could of happened to the both of them, especially if one of them mentioned that they had a 'special card'.
